What Do SERP Differences Mean?

I am very well aware of how URLs help in the ‘make or break’ of one’s website. This is why I purchased a website with a domain friendly URL with all my main keywords in the URL. Knowing how optimization works, it will certainly be advantageous for me and my website to have a URL like this. Unfortunately, I saw that the SERP numbers with Yahoo on different locations were too difficult to ignore. SERP for India is 297, for France is 149, UK is 28, and US was 10. Is this something that should bother me? What are all these SERP number differences mean?

Search Engine Result Page (SERP), I think it means the difference of the result on the different search engines (google, yahoo, bing, etc..). When you try to search a keyword using those different search engines you can actually see the difference in their result.
